The developer can send an array with hollidays DateTime objects to the class on constructor.
I didn't defined any other coutries pre-set hollidays fuctions because I'm brazilian. But anyone can send a pull request with the implementation for pre-set countries hollidays.
Maybe tranform the countries' hollidays pre-sets in extensions.
