Created a new GIFEncoder class.
This class have simplified, smaller ( 6Kb ), faster and have cleared functions to generate animated GIF images.
The class constructor have some differents than older GifMerge class.

P.s.:
I can't remove old deleted components from repository table if anybody know how can it be please let me how can I delete?

You can just replace the files that keep the same names and tick the removed option of files that are no longer needed.
