 I will try to help, but I'm not sure what you are experiencing. Firstly you need to be running PHP5. The example.php and SnapAlbum.php files need to be in the root folder of your webserver and then you need to create a folder named photos within it.
 
 You should then add a folder of JPEG images into the photos directory and load the http://localhost/example.php in your browser.
 
 With all the above in place you should be able to click on a folder link underneath an image that then shows all the pics in that folder as thumbnails.
