I would recommend you uploading a documentation file explaining with reference to context of Deferred Programming Techniques & PHP 5.x. And also elaborate the concept for the new programmers as well.
I think it will make your contribution(s) on PHPClasses.org more popular and help Rank & Rate your "defer" class contribution higher.

I really appreciate your handy "defer" class & related "example" included in the package. I myself, am a php programmer currently developing MVC based PHP framework, KOHANA 3.3 http://kohanaframework.org
And after doing a little google, i found out that http://Dictionary.com defines "defer" as:
1. Put off (an action or event) to a later time; postpone.
.....
after reading the definition, viewing the source code of your Defer Class and included Example, i had no problems to understand that it's all about "Emulating End of Scope (Function | Class | Application)"
Really nice and handy tool to extend upon.
