This class can be used SQLite database access wrapper. It can:

- Open a connection to a given SQLite database file
- Create user defined functions
- Execute arbitrary queries
- Perform SQL INSERT, SELECT, UPDATE and DELETE queries from parameters that define tables, fields, values and conditions
